I am an InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector, providing thorough home inspections in Oxford, MI and the surrounding areas. With over two decades of hands-on experience, I bring a deep understanding of homes and their components to every inspection.
I’ve been a licensed Michigan Residential Builder since 2001, with a background that includes training crews in home maintenance and renovation for large apartment complexes, overseeing work across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, construction, roofing, siding, and gutters. My past certifications in water and mold remediation, as well as lead inspection and remediation for over 8,200 rental units, give me added insight into potential concerns. I am also certified in mold and thermography inspections through InterNACHI and licensed as a drone pilot to provide detailed aerial photos.
